Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled E-commerce Operations Manager to join our team at Karsten International. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a data-driven E-commerce operation that drives business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement KPIs and measurable metrics to track business performance
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders to gather and guide reporting and analytical requirements
- Develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve business operations and decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability
Requirements
- Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Metabase
- Strong technical experience with relational databases and SQL
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Project management skills
