SHEQ Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SHEQ Manager to join our Offshore Energy team at Boskalis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of our SHE-Q policies and objectives in our business unit.
Your key responsibilities will include advising our Business Unit Director, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring the effective implementation of our NINA and WoW programs. You will also be responsible for determining SHE-Q management information and reporting, dashboards, and KPIs, as well as incident management and investigation.
In addition, you will work closely with our project teams to provide SHE-Q support and guidance, and will be responsible for executing internal audits and guiding external audits. Your role will also involve vessel site visits and engagement with our offshore crews.
About YouWe are looking for a candidate with a strong background in SHE-Q, preferably in the oil and gas or maritime industry. You will have a bachelor's degree in integrated safety or a similar field, and excellent communication skills. You will also be a solid discussion partner for our business teams and have the ability to motivate and convince others to adopt our SHE-Q policies and objectives.
