SHEQ Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled SHEQ Manager to join our Offshore Energy team at Boskalis. As a SHEQ Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the business unit Marine Services in achieving its safety, health, and environmental goals.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Advising the Business Unit Director and liaising with stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of SHE-Q policies and objectives;
- Providing input for management reports and supporting the development of management information and reporting dashboards;
- Ensuring the effective implementation of NINA and WoW programs;
- Coaching and supporting project SHE-Q teams;
- Executing internal audits and guiding external audits;
- Conducting vessel site visits and engaging with offshore crews.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- At least 5 years of experience in a SHEQ role, preferably in the oil and gas or maritime industry;
- A bachelor's degree in integrated safety or a related field;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- The ability to motivate and convince others to adopt SHE-Q best practices;
- A good command of written and spoken English (and Dutch).
