SHEQ Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled SHEQ Manager to join our Offshore Energy team at Boskalis. As a SHEQ Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the business unit Marine Services in achieving its safety, health, environment, and quality objectives.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Advising the Business Unit Director and liaising with stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of SHE-Q policies and objectives;
- Providing input for management reports and supporting the development of management information and reporting dashboards;
- Ensuring the effective implementation of NINA and WoW programs within the business unit;
- Determining SHE-Q management information and reporting, including KPIs and dashboards;
- Incident management and investigation, including coaching and supporting project SHE-Q;
- Executing internal audits and guiding external audits;
- Vessel site visits and engagement with offshore crews.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 5 years of experience as a SHEQ engineer, preferably in the oil and gas or maritime industry;
- A bachelor's degree in integrated safety or a similar field, such as an advanced safety diploma/NEBOSH;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and convince others;
- A good command of written and spoken English (and Dutch).
