SHEQ Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled SHEQ Manager to join our Offshore Energy team at Boskalis. As a SHEQ Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the business unit Marine Services in achieving its safety, health, and environmental goals.
Your primary responsibilities will include advising the Business Unit Director, liaising with stakeholders, and supporting the implementation of SHE-Q policies and objectives. You will also be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of NINA and WoW programs, determining SHE-Q management information and reporting, and conducting incident management and investigation.
In addition, you will provide coaching and support to project SHE-Q teams, execute internal audits, and guide external audits. You will also be responsible for vessel site visits and engagement with offshore crews.
Requirements- At least 5 years of experience as a SHEQ engineer, preferably in the oil and gas or maritime industry;
- A bachelor's degree in integrated safety or similar, such as an advanced safety diploma/NEBOSH;
- Excellent communicative skills and a solid discussion partner for the business;
- Ability to motivate and convince other people, and a vision of SHE-Q that keeps them on their toes;
- The ambition to be involved with people, projects, and processes;
- A good command of written and spoken English (and Dutch).
