About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Electrical Engineering Director to lead our High Tech Design team in Eindhoven.

Job Description

As an Electrical Engineering Director, you will be responsible for directing and monitoring our designs, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. You will also advise clients in all phases of the design process and support the project manager in communicating the design to the client.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Design direction: providing technical guidance and oversight to ensure that designs meet the required specifications and budget.
  • Design quality: ensuring that all designs are thoroughly tested and validated to meet the required standards.
  • Client communication: working closely with clients to understand their needs and expectations, and providing regular updates on the design progress.
  • Liaising with external partners: collaborating with external design partners, implementation parties, and government agencies to ensure seamless execution of projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A strong background in electrical engineering or a related field, preferably with experience in the High Tech industry.
  • Extensive experience in design leadership, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality designs within budget and time constraints.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
