About the Job
We are seeking a skilled Category Manager to join our team at PF Concept. As a Category Manager, you will be responsible for the product category Hardware, creating and activating the category strategy for a wide range of products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement category strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of category plans.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and customer needs.
- Manage category budgets and forecasts to ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Higher level of education.
- 3-5 years of experience in category management, product development, purchasing, or a related field.
- Passionate about hardware.
- Outstanding listening, communication, and presentation skills.
- Excellent understanding of English in word and writing (Dutch is an advantage).
- Customer supportive, stress-resistant, and a team player.
- Open to occasional trips to domestic and foreign locations/partners.
