About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Category Manager to join our team at PF Concept. As a Category Manager, you will be responsible for the product category Hardware, creating and activating the category strategy for a wide range of products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement category strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Manage product categories, including product development, purchasing, and inventory management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of category strategies
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform category strategies and product development
  • Manage budgets and resources to achieve category goals

Requirements

  • Higher level of education
  • 3-5 years of experience in category management, product development, purchasing, or a related field
  • Passionate about hardware and stationery products
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
