We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Operations Supervisor to join our team at Terex. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the Customer Service Team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality customer service.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including complaints, feedback, and resolutions.
- Provide regular feedback and coaching to team members to ensure they meet performance expectations.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
