Safety Service Supervisor

At Survitec, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety Service Supervisor to lead our team of 15 employees at our operational site in Rotterdam. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality work in line with our safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Service Operations Manager with site procedures, safety walks, and team task allocation.
- Provide hands-on coaching to team members, helping them develop technical skills in safety services.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and communicate these for broader implementation.
- Represent Survitec during customer interactions, answering technical queries and demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge.
- Assist with testing new products or processes and contribute to setting up complex systems.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, seeking management approval for any exceptions.
- Collaborate with the Service Operations Manager to plan monthly schedules and track team performance.
- Work cross-functionally to address performance or process issues.
- Follow and promote Survitec's Health, Safety, and Environment policies.
- Handle administrative tasks such as submitting paperwork for certifications and invoicing.
- Lead monthly safety meetings and communicate technical updates.
We are looking for a candidate with a high school education and relevant experience in service operations. You should have leadership skills, with the ability to lead, maintain oversight, and set a positive example for the team. You should also have a coaching style that fosters participation in processes and working methods.
