HSE Supervisor Job Offer

Location: Netherlands, Rotterdam

We are seeking a highly skilled HSE Supervisor to join our team in the Oil & Gas industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily site inspections to ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and internal HSE requirements.
  • Participate actively in Tool Box Meetings to discuss safety procedures and best practices.
  • Prepare HSE documentation in compliance with Client requirements, including the development of the Project HSE Plan.
  • Attend coordination meetings and workshops to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Review HSE documentation from subcontractors and assist them in meeting internal and project-specific HSE requirements.
  • Drive the implementation of the project safety culture plan/program to promote a culture of safety and well-being.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in HSE within the Oil & Gas projects, with a strong understanding of international standards and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement, and proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, ShareFile, and Microsoft Teams.
Qualifications:
  • VCA Certificate
  • Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
