Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled HSE Supervisor to join our team in the Oil & Gas industry. As an HSE Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and environmental well-being of our clients and their employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Daily Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
  • Active Participation in Tool Box Meetings: Participate in tool box meetings to discuss safety procedures and best practices.
  • Preparation of HSE Documentation: Prepare and maintain HSE documentation, including safety procedures, emergency response plans, and incident reports.
  • Develop the Project HSE Plan: Develop and implement the project HSE plan, including risk assessments, safety procedures, and training programs.
  • Attend Coordination Meetings and Workshops: Attend coordination meetings and workshops to ensure effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and internal HSE requirements.
  • Review HSE Documentation: Review HSE documentation from subcontractors and assist them in meeting internal and project-specific HSE requirements.
  • Drive the Implementation of the Project Safety Culture Plan: Drive the implementation of the project safety culture plan, including training programs, safety awareness campaigns, and incident reporting.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in HSE within the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Familiarity with International Standards: Familiarity with international standards and regulations related to refinery operations.
  • Strong Organizational and Communication Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Detail-Oriented: Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • VCA Certificate: VCA certificate or equivalent.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
  • IT Skills: Proficient in MS Office, SharePoint, ShareFile, and Microsoft Teams.
