Customer Success Representative

PareX Parts Exchange BV is seeking a skilled Customer Success Representative to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for onboarding and implementing new customers onto the PAREX platform.
Responsibilities- Customer Onboarding: Independently implement PAREX customers within designated territory and assist in the use of the application to the end user.
- Installation of Interfaces: Installation of interfaces between PAREX products and Dealer Management Systems.
- Support: Provide support to our users, both Internal and External.
- Journey Creation: Creating journeys for new & existing customers, ensuring maximum usage of the system.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to provide communications to your customers.
- Progress Reporting: Reporting the progress of the alleged customer activities on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to the team leader Service & Support.
- Usage Maximization: Achieve maximum usage of our applications in your designated region/market based on the total number of active users.
- Monthly Analysis: Provide monthly analysis and reporting on the designated territory.
- Education: Completed education (MBO +).
- Languages: Excellent command of Italian, Spanish, French, German and/or Dutch language is necessary, in addition to writing and speaking English.
- Customer Focus: You are customer-focused and results-oriented.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Computer Proficiency: You are proficient with computers and comfortable using various systems.
- Data Exchange: Experience with data exchange between various systems.
- Independence: You are able to work independently.
- Work Permit: Permission to live and work in The Netherlands (a valid Dutch work and residence permit).
- Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience.
- Vacation Days: 25 vacation days based on full-time employment.
- Pension Plan: A pension plan.
- Travel Allowance: A travel allowance.
- Hybrid Working Model: A flexible hybrid working model (for fulltime possibility to work 1 day from home).
Location: Hilversum, The Netherlands.
