Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing Coordinator to join our team at Crane Worldwide Logistics. As a Pricing Coordinator, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers and colleagues, communicating our capabilities and service offerings, negotiating pricing, and coordinating logistics solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with customers and colleagues to understand their needs and preferences.
- Communicate our capabilities and service offerings to customers and colleagues.
- Negotiate pricing with air carriers and other suppliers to achieve best results.
- Coordinate logistics solutions with different departments and offices globally.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with key clients, including negotiating and closing on major contracts.
- Maintain existing client base and prospect for new clients and opportunities.
Requirements:
- Minimum of three years of freight forwarding experience with extensive knowledge in pricing complete end-to-end solutions for commercial air freight/ocean freight and occasional air/ocean chartering.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present strategy and results to senior leadership and district directors.
- Ability to create and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective clients.
- Demonstrated skill in negotiating and closing on critical sales contracts and opportunities.
