Job Title: Pricing Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing Coordinator to join our team at Crane Worldwide Logistics. As a Pricing Coordinator, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers and colleagues, communicating our capabilities and service offerings, negotiating with suppliers, and coordinating logistics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with customers and colleagues to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Communicate our capabilities and service offerings to customers and colleagues.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to achieve best pricing.
  • Coordinate logistics solutions with different departments and offices.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with key clients.
  • Maintain existing client base and prospect for new clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three years of freight forwarding experience.
  • Extensive knowledge in the pricing of complete end-to-end solutions for commercial air freight/ocean freight.

Physical Requirements:

Talking, hearing, and using hands to operate computer equipment. Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. Job may require extended sitting or standing, use of standard office equipment.

Other Skills & Abilities:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to create and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective clients.
  • Demonstrated skill in negotiating and closing on critical sales contracts and opportunities.

Education & Work Experience:

  • Minimum of three years of freight forwarding experience with extensive knowledge in the pricing of complete end-to-end solutions for commercial air freight/ocean freight and occasional air/ocean chartering.
