About the Job
Vestas is the largest renewable energy solutions provider in the world, and we're looking for a skilled Service Technician to join our team in the Netherlands. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of wind turbines, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a detailed knowledge of our wind turbines and their systems
- Perform daily maintenance and field service tasks, including electrical and mechanical operations
- Cover installation activities, usage of our systems like Condition Monitoring / Remote Control, and creating follow-up orders
- Work with high voltage and ensure that service targets are met
- Carry out periodic service inspections and component replacements, as well as troubleshooting on the systems
Requirements
- Experience or degree in electricity or mechanics, with a willingness to develop skills in these areas
- Hydraulic experience is a plus
- Professional experience in this field
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Very good knowledge of English and nice to speak Dutch
- Driver's license class B
