Financial Operations Manager
40 hours - fulltime
Warmond (on site)
Are you a collaborative team member with a strong analytical mindset and a drive for enhancing business outcomes? We are looking for a dedicated and meticulous Financial Operations Manager to be part of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate and assist in regular reporting and forecasting activities; Oversee the planning and control cycle, including budgeting and forecasting; Analyze variances from budget/forecasts, calculating and reporting significant issues; Create sustainable KPI and management reports (such as profitability by channel, margin/discounts, inventory, order entry, traffic, conversion) to monitor the execution of the business plan; Develop business cases to support various departments and management; Aid in the enhancement of the internal control framework; Streamline processes to boost efficiency and profitability; Ensure compliance with internal policies; Conduct and assist in periodic and year-end procedures.Qualifications & Experience
Educational background: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Economics, Accounting, or a related field; 3-5 years of experience in financial control or related positions; Experience in BtC (retail/fashion or online) is advantageous; Proficient verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English; Strong knowledge of Excel.About O'Neill
