De afdeling Trade Services is een belangrijk onderdeel van Wholesale Banking. Wij helpen ondernemers om internationaal te handelen en bieden snelle en kwalitatief hoogwaardige service om de beleving van onze klanten te optimaliseren. Het fundament van onze dienstverlening zijn medewerkers die het beste uit zichzelf en anderen halen.
Trade Services bestaat uit ongeveer 70 medewerkers die samenwerken in Customer Loyalty Teams. Jij zult samen met andere teamleden de zakelijke klant bedienen op het gebied van Trade. Je zult tewerkgesteld worden op de afdeling logistiek binnen documentarytrade.
Dit ga je doen
Je zult verantwoordelijk zijn voor het verwerken van verschillende klantverzoeken, het in-en uitpakken van post, het scannen van documenten naar andere wereldwijde ING-locaties, het doorsturen van documenten naar andere wereldwijde ING-locaties, het versturen van documenten met de koerier en het verwerken, controleren, coderen en archiveren van binnenkomende stukken.
Wie ben jij?
Je bent een MBO-student die een relevante opleiding volgt en beschikt over goede financieel-administratieve en communicatieve vaardigheden. Je bent flexibel, leergierig, efficiënt, accuraat, resultaatgericht en servicegericht. Je bent proactief en kunt zelfstandig en planmatig werken.
