About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Assembly Worker to join our team at RandStad. As an Assembly Worker, you will be responsible for assembling electrical systems for aircraft, private jets, and military aircraft.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble cabling for aircraft industry
  • Produce wiring harnesses based on work instructions on the iPad
  • Read technical drawings and follow work instructions
  • Work together with a buddy after training period

Requirements

  • Technical work experience is not necessary, but fine motor skills and accuracy are required
  • Ability to read and understand English very well
  • Availability to work 40 hours a week, in a day shift or 2 shifts
  • Own transport or live in the region of Papendrecht

What We Offer

  • Fixed hours in day shift or 2 shifts

  • Paid training period of 2 weeks

How to Apply

When we receive your application, we will call you for an intake interview. If the conversation is positive, we will invite you for a number of tests on location. Consider, for example, an accuracy test and an eye test. When you successfully complete the tests, we will introduce you to the RandStad team leader.
