We're looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Hotel Night Ambassador in Rotterdam. As a champion of hospitality, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, making their stay with us unforgettable.

What You'll Do
  • Provide warm welcomes to guests as they arrive
  • Help guests with self-check-in and answer any questions they may have
  • Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of our living room
  • Ensure the bar and canteen are clean and ready for the next shift
  • Prepare and serve hot and cold breakfast and meals
  • Brew delicious coffee and mix signature cocktails
  • Handle reservations and perform daily night audits
  • Be a secret concierge, answering guests' questions about the city
  • Help guests with any requests or demands regarding our facilities
  • Prepare societyM meeting rooms
