What You'll Do- Provide warm welcomes to guests as they arrive
- Help guests with self-check-in and other queries
- Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of our living room
- Ensure the bar and canteen are clean and ready for the next shift
- Prepare and serve hot and cold breakfast and meals
- Brew delicious coffee and mix signature cocktails
- Handle reservations and night audits
- Be a secret concierge, answering guests' questions about the city
- Help guests with any requests or demands
- A genuine touch: Treat all people with kindness and respect
