Position Overview: The role of Manager, EMBA Marketing and Admissions is situated within the Faculty of Business and Economics, focusing on the strategic marketing and recruitment of EMBA candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee marketing initiatives aimed at promoting the EMBA program.
- Assist with admissions processes during peak periods.
- Manage WeChat and social media campaigns to enhance program visibility.
- Administer website content and ensure it is up-to-date.
- Compile and present regular reports on admissions metrics.
- Respond to inquiries via WeChat and other platforms.
- Design promotional materials such as posters and festive cards.
- Support the planning and execution of recruitment events.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications: Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree and possess a minimum of three years of relevant experience in marketing or admissions within higher education. Ideal applicants will demonstrate maturity, attention to detail, self-motivation, and a results-oriented mindset. Familiarity with WeChat article creation, Xiumi layout, and various social media platforms is essential. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and MS Office is required, along with excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
Successful candidates will exhibit strong organizational skills, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively under pressure. Experience in admissions and marketing for executive education programs is highly desirable.
