Site Acquisition Consultant

Join TOPTALENT as a Site Acquisition Consultant and take on a challenging role that requires strong negotiation skills, business acumen, and a passion for real estate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring suitable locations for our telecom antennas, building relationships with landlords, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct site visits to identify potential locations and gather geospatial data
  • Negotiate lease agreements with landlords to secure prime locations
  • Maintain accurate records of site information in our custom software
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives
Requirements:
  • Native-level Dutch fluency with excellent English communication skills
  • Ability to travel throughout the Netherlands for business
  • Proven sales or negotiation experience
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and ability to build strong relationships
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
