Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Acquisition Consultant to join our team at MD7 International Telecommunications Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing new locations and negotiating rental agreements with landlords for EV Charging Stations on behalf of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Search for suitable EV locations and identify potential landlords.
  • Contact potential prospects by phone, email, and video conferences to propose the acquisition and development of properties for EV Charging Stations.
  • Negotiate lease agreements with landlords and successfully sign them.
  • Conduct site visits to identified locations and capture geospatial data.
  • Maintain up-to-date information in our custom software, LiveTrack.
Requirements:
  • Native-level Dutch and English language proficiency.
  • Enthusiasm and a desire to learn.
  • Sales or negotiation experience preferred but not essential.
  • Property industry experience preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Word.
