Customer Service Representative

About the Role
GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Officer to join our Quality Control department in Lelystad. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are met in our logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect garments for quality and accuracy, identifying and reporting any defects or issues
- Conduct quality control tests to ensure products meet our standards
- Collaborate with the department to choose the best ironing options and resolve quality incidents
- Manage and resolve quality incidents, including contacting clients and suppliers
- Check the quality and finish of textiles after ironing, sewing, and steaming
- Request goods measurements and define parameters for samples received from suppliers
- Train on new finishes, quality, and parameters
- Control incoming goods and check with department tools and applications
Requirements
- Textile knowledge of tailoring and garment treatment with different types of ironing on an industrial scale
- Fluency in English and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Spanish is an advantage
- Availability to work in shifts
- EU driving license
- Commitment to delivering high-quality work and a professional critical attitude
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and proactive
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
