Job Title: Global Sustainability InternJob Summary:

The Global Sustainability Intern will support our work in championing Regenerative Agriculture and Nature while refining our due diligence processes. This role is ideal for students with a passion for sustainability and human rights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research and analysis to evaluate environmental and social risks and impacts associated with our company's activities, products, and suppliers.
  • Support the implementation of our Monitoring & Evaluation processes to collect and report on key performance indicators related to our nature and people goals.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to obtain insights on human rights and sustainability performance and initiatives throughout the supply chain.
  • Develop and implement training programs and awareness campaigns to educate employees, suppliers, and partners about sustainability topics.
  • Support in preparing sustainability reports, disclosures, and submissions for internal and external audiences.
Requirements:
  • Enrolled in a BSc or MSc program in sustainability, environmental studies, human rights, or international relations.
  • Strong MS Office skills and fluent speaking and written English proficiency.
  • Passion for sustainability and human rights, with strong research, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Commitment to dedicate at least 6 months to this internship.
