Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in uploading items online to our platform
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients
  • Manage shipping and returns efficiently
  • Analyze processes and suggest improvements to optimize our operations
  • Potentially work in-store on certain days, depending on discussion
Requirements
  • A proactive and goal-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to work with others
  • Organizational talent and attention to detail
  • Confident use of Microsoft Office and other IT tools
