About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Manager to join our team at Coolblue. As a Data Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of data specialists to create data products and services that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of data analysts and engineers to develop and implement data-driven solutions.
  • Define quarterly roadmaps to align individual and team goals, improving the availability, quality, and accessibility of people-related data.
  • Ensure that employee, organization, and recruitment-related data and metrics create value for the business.
  • Review and analyze periodic reporting on key people-related metrics.
  • Manage team composition to achieve goals, encouraging knowledge sharing and a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in data analytics and related fields.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in data analytics and management.
  • Experience as a coach, lead, or manager, with a proven track record of developing data specialists and building high-performing teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with expertise in data analysis, statistics, and programming languages like Python, R, or SQL.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to think strategically, aligning data team efforts with the broader business strategy.
