About the Role

Fugro is seeking a skilled UX Designer to join our Geo-Data Digitalisation product family, building desktop and web solutions for our global Geo-data digitalisation workflow interfaces across Marine and Land applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement wireframes, prototypes, and responsive interfaces for our product roadmap;
  • Conduct user research and gather user requirements;
  • Collaborate with developers to integrate front-end code with back-end systems;
  • Conduct usability tests, collecting and analysing user feedback;
  • Contribute to and help grow our centralised design system and style guide;
  • Partner closely with product managers and engineers to better understand opportunities and gaps within our workflow products.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in UX design, with experience in both graphic and interaction design;
  • Experience working on web applications as well as desktop;
  • Experience using Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD, and Adobe CS;
  • Ability to help refine and deliver storytelling around user needs;
  • Willingness to challenge internal assumptions and biases.
