Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business plans to drive revenue growth and expand Executive Education programs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision makers and influencers in target organizations
- Grow Executive Education revenue through sales and development activities
- Track and maximize profitability of Executive Education programs
- Interpret industry trends and provide analysis and recommendations to improve business results
- Good Bachelor's degree in Business-related subjects
- At least 10 years' work experience in Executive Education or a related field
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Strong customer service and project management skills
- Good organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
