We are on the lookout for motivated individuals to join our Commercial Teams. We provide a range of internship opportunities across various commercial disciplines:

Brand Management

  • Assisting in the design and execution of brand campaigns across multiple communication platforms, including digital channels.
  • Coordinating events and sponsorship initiatives.
  • Supporting the ideation of new products based on consumer insights.
  • Conducting qualitative and quantitative analyses, tracking market trends, and contributing to strategic business planning.

Shopper Activation

  • Bridging the gap between marketing and sales by customizing national marketing strategies for diverse customers.
  • Ensuring robust brand visibility in retail environments and executing impactful presentations.
  • Collaborating with the Field Force to implement plans effectively.
  • Creating captivating advertisements for customer publications.
  • Participating in various analyses to assess our marketing performance.

Category Development/Trade Marketing

  • Supporting the Category Management team in transforming brand strategies into customer-centric growth initiatives.
  • Collaborating on planograms to enhance brand presence on retail shelves.
  • Reviewing promotional guidelines and deriving insights from data to drive category advancement.
  • Assisting in portfolio management and activation strategies in partnership with sales.

  • You are pursuing a Master’s (WO) or Bachelor’s (HBO) degree in a commercial discipline.
  • You are an energetic and ambitious student who enjoys taking initiative.
  • You can work independently and responsibly, demonstrating strong analytical skills.
  • You excel as a collaborative team member.
  • Your aspiration is to build a career in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods sector.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English (a mandatory requirement).
  • You are available for a 5-6 month internship.

Our Recruitment Process:

  • Screening - if you meet the qualifications, you will proceed to an online assessment.
  • Recruiter Interview - an opportunity for the recruiter to learn more about you and discuss suitable assignments.
  • Final Interview – a chance to meet with our sales/marketing team.
