About the RoleWe are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team in Almelo, Netherlands. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing, monitoring, improving, and supporting our production processes. You will ensure the correct and clear measurements in the process regarding quality for new and existing products (material, assembly, and end control).
Key Responsibilities- Analyze quality problems and report to stakeholders;
- Analyze quality data and drive and monitor improvement actions;
- Escalate, where necessary, quality problems and determine the impact on production;
- Coordinate the sorting of defective materials and maintain status reports;
- Keep track of ongoing actions, collect information, and communicate;
- Participate in various audits (internal, supplier, external audits);
- Represent ZT Systems at audits;
- Develop and implement quality procedures, work instructions, and training documentation;
- Participate in improvement projects;
- Support production departments on quality issues;
- Implement quality improvement programs to improve quality, delivery, and cycle time, and reduce costs;
- Minimum HBO education, preferably a technical education;
- At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience;
- Good knowledge of Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Good knowledge of MS Office;
- Experience with continuous improvement/lean programs (Green Belt);
- Knowledge of Six Sigma, FMEA, 8D;
- Experience with various audits is a plus;
