About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Project Lead to join our Packaging Innovation team at Suntory Beverage & Food France. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading packaging projects from concept to implementation, ensuring successful launches in time, quality, and budget.
Main Accountabilities
- Contribute to the development of local and regional R&D and market strategies, working closely with the Europe Senior Packaging Manager and the R&D team.
- Lead the R&D Packaging team, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including Marketing, Sales, and Procurement, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and maintain databases of specifications and bill of materials, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
- Contribute to the development of the R&D team, optimizing organization, ways of working, and processes at both local and SBFE levels.
Requirements
- Packaging/Science background with a quality mindset.
- Leadership and business acumen.
- Understanding of packaging technologies and processes.
- Solid FMCG or industrial environment experience.
- Project management skills with ability to prioritize and think on their feet.
- Ability to influence across wide array of teams (R&D, New product development, Sales, Marketing, Procurement).
- Collaborative style that thinks team first.
- Good understanding and experience on bottling process is desired.
