Technical Excellence at PVH

Spearhead the technical development of seasonal collections as a Senior Technical Development Manager at PVH. Collaborate closely with the technical team to drive innovation and excellence in apparel design and manufacturing.

The Role

  • Leverage your expertise in pattern making and technical development to lead a team of designers and developers.
  • Work closely with department and divisional leads to advise on best practices, fit, and quality.
  • Guide team members on time management and planning to meet divisional calendar deadlines.
  • Oversee the fit and workmanship quality of products within your scope, working with offshore teams and vendors.
  • Contribute to the development of technical team development and SOPs.
  • Participate in divisional projects and lead fit and block review presentations.
  • Take regular factory visits to oversee the development process.
  • Support the onboarding of new vendors to ensure fit and quality standards are met.
  • Manage team members' personal development and performance plans.

The Ideal Candidate

  • 10+ years of experience in technical development of apparel with a pattern making background.
  • Experience with woven and knit products.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and performance.
  • Excellent organization and management skills with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong technical and manufacturing knowledge across all product categories.
  • Business fluency in English (written and verbal).
