Job Description

We are seeking a talented EHS Manufacturing Intern to join our team at The Kraft Heinz Company in Amsterdam.

About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity for a student with a passion for Environment, Health, Safety, and Sustainability to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and innovative company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and deployment of the EHS Onboarding Process with the Global EHS community
  • Standardize documentation to ensure compliance with the Kraft Heinz Management System (KHMS) and external parties
  • Take a learning journey in business tools such as Microsoft SharePoint Creation and Management from basic to advanced to support the EHS Global SharePoint Integration Project
  • Support cross-zone EHS Team on the analysis of EHS events to gain understanding on EHS performances and developing high-level insights for EHS Global Community
  • Contribute to strengthen governance & controls of EHS process and routine
Requirements
  • You are enrolled at a European university for at least 50% of the duration of the internship
  • You are at the end of your bachelor or in your master's degree of EHS, Engineering, or a similar background
  • Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills are required
  • You are willing to learn business tools (such as Intelex, Canva, Tableau/ PowerBI, etc.) and how those tools integrate into other functional work processes
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills to interact with different partners
  • You are able to develop relationships with various stakeholders from different functions, background, and cultures
  • You are proactive, curious, and enthusiastic
  • You're not easily thrown off your game, not even when you get resistance
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities simultaneously
  • Influencing skills and international business/cultural sensitivity
  • You have good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken. Any other language is an advantage.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of €8,500 per year (approximately €700 per month)
  • A 6-month internship program starting in August 2024
  • An allowance of €625 per month (40 hours, 5 days)
  • Full reimbursement of travel expenses
