About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our EMEA FP&A team at Fluke. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing accurate analysis and insights to support our stakeholders in decision-making.

Responsibilities
  • Provide daily insights on bookings, shipments, rebates, margins, and outlook for the month, leveraging automated tools and identifying areas for continuous improvement.
  • Support the team in forecasting bookings, shipments, and margins on a monthly basis, explaining variances and their impact on future performance.
  • Contribute to extensive projects, such as the annual plan, rebate payouts, and thorough margin analysis, ensuring accurate data loading into our financial system.
Key Skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with experience in Power BI, Hyperion, Oracle, and/or Python a plus.
  • High potential with a degree in Finance or business-related study, and/or several years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in an international corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in English, with excellent communication and analytical skills.

Work Arrangements

We prefer full-time employment, but are open to negotiating a 4-day week with flexibility on deadlines. Hybrid work arrangements, including 2 days from home, are also possible. The ideal candidate will be living in the surroundings of Eindhoven.
