Supply Chain Coordinator

We are seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team at Perfetti Van Melle. As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely availability of finished goods across the supply chain network.
Main Responsibilities- Ensure timely availability of finished goods across the supply chain network in line with inventory turnover and customer satisfaction goals.
- Act as the single point of contact for multiple regional copackers, centralizing and managing exceptions related to copack restrictions.
- Support the preparation of the Regional Supply Review Meeting (S&OP).
- Perform and manage scheduling for Finished Goods of copackers.
- Ensure the delivery of New Product Developments (NPDs) of different areas.
- Collect and manage material master data to plan needed volumes into the ERP system.
- Develop and execute projects to reduce costs and improve flexibility.
- Control inventory levels of finished goods and packing materials at different copackers.
- Minimize availability risks and stock write-offs.
- Perform and manage scheduling for components, FG, and PM of third-party suppliers.
- Optimize lead times and MOQs with all suppliers, working together with Procurement.
- Drive best practices and improvements through root cause analysis.

Requirements- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain processes.
- Proficiency in English.
- Experience with planning tools.
- Advanced knowledge of SAP.
- Preferred experience working in a Shared Service Center, process-driven, or Center of Excellence.
- Preferred proficiency in Dutch.
- Basic knowledge of Power BI.
