\rYour Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement novel methods for synthesizing 2D materials with tailored properties.\r
- Characterize and optimize the structural, optical, and electrical properties of synthesized materials.\r
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to integrate 2D materials into next-generation electronic devices.\r
- Publish high-impact research papers and present findings at international conferences.\r
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to teaching activities within the department.\r
Requirements

- Ph.D. in (Applied) Physics, Chemistry, or Materials Science.\r
- Expertise in 2D material synthesis, characterization, and integration into electronic devices.\r
- Strong background in theoretical modeling and experimental techniques (e.g., TEM, AFM, XPS).\r
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proven track record of collaboration and leadership.\r
- Demonstrated ability to publish high-quality research papers and secure external funding.\r
- Fluent English language proficiency.\r
