About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Assistant Vice President to join our Planning Division in Amsterdam. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing business strategies that drive growth and success for MUFG.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement business strategies that align with MUFG's global vision
- Support the design of business models and formulate bank-wide business plans
- Implement key corporate-wide strategic initiatives and manage projects to deliver results
- Provide information, proposals, and support to management to set forth corporate business strategy, plan, and initiatives
- Actively develop and maintain a wide range of contacts to obtain and exchange information, identify best practices, and ascertain customer requirements
- Ensure compliance with MUFG's common and internal rules, standards, and reporting requirements, as well as relevant regulatory and statutory requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Intellectual and working background at HBO level
- Experience in a similar function or relevant area
- Verbal and written business communication skills in English, and preferably the same level of skill in Japanese
- Advanced skill of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong spirit of commitment to achieving targets in a timely manner with promised quality
- Profound knowledge, skills, and experience for the development of corporate/business strategy and project management
- Excellent communication skills with relevant parties, including senior leaders in MBE and MUFG colleagues in EMEA/Tokyo

- Gross salary based on experience and consistent with the market
- 8% holiday allowance and 13th month payment

- €5.00 net remote working compensation per day, with a maximum of €60.00 per month
