About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Owner to lead our Financial team in developing innovative financial and fiscal management solutions. As a key member of our Software Development department, you will be responsible for spearheading product development, understanding user needs, and delivering high-quality products that meet our users' evolving financial landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Design team to conduct market research and user interviews focused on financial management needs.
  • Guide a highly motivated cross-functional team of UI/UX designers, engineers, and product managers to deliver innovative financial solutions.
  • Craft detailed product requirements, construct user stories, and manage the product backlog to ensure product milestones are met with the highest quality and efficiency.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across the business and our user base to refine the product vision continually and employ feedback to advance the user experience.
  • Establish and monitor key metrics to measure the impact and success of the financial management product and drive strategic direction and iterative product enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Solid background as a product owner or product manager, preferably in financial software or related fields.
  • Exceptional ability to identify user needs and translate them into actionable insights, driving the development of impactful features and innovative products.
  • Analytical mind with a knack for leveraging technology to solve complex financial problems.
  • Proven track record of developing strategy, roadmaps, and launching successful products.
  • Strong skills in user research, feedback analysis, and employing data-driven strategies for product development.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding communication skills in English and a bonus if you can communicate in Dutch.
