As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing product categories, developing optimal positioning and messaging for the EMEA market, and providing sales with necessary sales tools.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute product marketing strategies to drive sales growth and market share in the EMEA region.
- Conduct market and pricing analysis to inform product positioning and messaging.
- Collaborate with sales teams to provide sales tools and support.
- Support marketing activities such as events, tradeshows, and workshops.
- Develop and maintain subject matter expertise for specific product categories.
- Analyze sales trends and provide insights to inform product marketing strategies.
- Specify market requirements for current and future products through market research and feedback from sales teams and dealer visits.
- Support the launch process of new products by providing training and effective tools for presentations and training.
- Develop new working stations and demonstration concepts for trainings and tradeshows.
- Provide content for new trainings and schools.
- Support the Marcoms Team in developing Case Studies for assigned products.
- 3 years of experience in the A/V industry.
- Technical education in Electronics and/or Electrical engineering or a Marketing management degree.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English mandatory).
- Good presentation and teaching skills.
- Ability to operate self-directed and proactive on given tasks.
- Analytical skills and structured work approach.
- Preferred working times from 9:30 – 18:00.
- Open for extra hours if required (i.e. for tradeshows).
- This position requires occasional travels within the EMEA Region to visit Resellers, End-users, Tradeshows, and Events.
- Car driving license.
