About the Role

The Warehouse Manager EMEA will be a key member of our logistics team, responsible for leading warehouse operations in Europe, with a focus on the Nordics and mainland Europe. This role involves managing external warehouse suppliers, internal stakeholders, and establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure warehouse performance.

Main Responsibilities

As Warehouse Manager EMEA, you will:

  • Manage overall warehouse operations, including performance, cost, and efficiency
  • Establish and implement KPIs to measure warehouse performance
  • Manage external warehouse suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Determine and harmonize working procedures between Customer Service, Planning, and Logistics Hub
  • Act as single point of contact for warehouse performance and cost-related matters
  • Lead network optimization efforts in collaboration with Procurement, Logistics, Planning, and Marketing and Sales
  • Work with sites and sales to optimize inventory footprint and working capital
  • Act as lead representative for outsourcing projects or new initiatives
  • Create central reporting on warehouse performance and cost
  • Support optimizing transport to and from warehouse locations

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience with SAP, WMS, and TMS
  • Experience with solution design
  • Experience with storage of DG and knowledge of Dangerous Goods Handling, Packed & Liquids
  • Experience with LEAN and Network Design projects
  • Fluent in Dutch, English, and preferably German
