Green Education Instructor

We are seeking an enthusiastic educator specializing in green education to guide our students in their journey towards becoming responsible members of society. As a green education instructor, your primary role will be to inspire students with your passion for the subject. This will be accomplished through interactive and hands-on lessons that emphasize garden design, maintenance, and urban greening initiatives. A positive attitude towards student engagement and feedback is essential, allowing you to adapt your teaching strategies to meet their needs. It is crucial to instill in our students the significance of sustainability and environmental stewardship, equipping them with essential knowledge and skills for their future endeavors.
Qualifications:
- Relevant teaching certification for vocational education in progress or a commitment to obtain one;
- Strong affinity with the student demographic;
- Proactive and engaged mindset, ready to undertake additional responsibilities as needed;
- Ability to innovate and develop your own curriculum while connecting with other disciplines;
- Appreciation for constructive feedback as a vital component of personal and professional growth;
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
We offer a dynamic role within a supportive environment, accompanied by a competitive salary and attractive benefits. The position falls within salary scale LB, starting at €3,532 and reaching up to €5,228 gross monthly for full-time employment, in accordance with the mbo collective labor agreement. Additional benefits include:
- 8.33% year-end bonus;

- Reimbursement for public transportation expenses.
