About the Role

Fugro is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Engineer to join our team. As a Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining cloud-based systems and applications. You will work closely with our development teams to identify and implement the most optimal cloud-based solutions for Fugro.

Your Responsibilities

  • Design and implement cloud-based systems and applications using AWS and other cloud platforms.
  • Work closely with development teams to identify and implement the most optimal cloud-based solutions for Fugro.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure a standardized approach to cloud services.
  • Contribute to setting up cloud best practices for the development teams.
  • Hand off implemented solutions to operational teams with needed support and documentation.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled Cloud Engineer with a strong background in cloud computing and AWS. You should have excellent English language skills, both written and oral. You should also have a BSc degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field with at least 3 years experience in building and implementing strategic cloud infrastructures on AWS and containerized deployment systems.
