PhD Position in Microwave Design and Simulation of Spin-Based Quantum Processing Units

We are seeking a highly motivated PhD researcher to join our team at TU Delft, working on the design and simulation of spin-based quantum processing units. As a PhD researcher, you will be part of a dynamic team of researchers and engineers working on the development of quantum computing and quantum information processing technologies.
Research FocusThe primary objective of this research program is to create a solid framework to understand the electromagnetic properties of spin qubits in solid-state systems. This will involve the design and simulation of novel quantum processing units, as well as the development of new techniques for the fabrication and packaging of these devices.
RequirementsTo be eligible for this position, you should have a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, or a related field. You should also have a strong background in microwave engineering, quantum computing, and programming languages such as Python.
