Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Front Office team as a Trainee. As a Front Office Trainee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.
Key Responsibilities- Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of their stay.
- Act as the voice of the hotel, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Work collaboratively with the Front Office team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Availability to work a minimum of 20 weeks, 5 days a week.
- Fluent written and spoken English, with a strong preference for Dutch language proficiency.
- Knowledge of the Opera IT system is a plus.
- A competitive trainee allowance of €750,- per month, including study and travel allowance.
- A 38-hour work week, with opportunities for growth and development.
- A night-shift allowance of 20% and a Sunday allowance of 5%.
