We provide essential hardware, including laptops, mobile devices, and video conferencing tools, alongside a diverse range of business productivity applications such as Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook. Our infrastructure supports these services, and we pride ourselves on offering robust 3rd line support. ING has embraced SaaS solutions, being a pioneer in the financial sector in adopting a truly Modern Workplace centered around Microsoft 365.

Currently, we are in search of an experienced Microsoft Intune Engineer to contribute to our endpoint management initiative, known as 'The ING Cloud Managed Workplace'.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and enhance our services as part of a collaborative squad focused on customer journeys, prioritizing employee satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with the latest features from SaaS vendors and proactively manage our feature requests.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop future-ready services, focusing on automation, simplification, and enhanced security.
  • Engage with major suppliers, particularly Microsoft, maintaining regular communication with their key personnel and product teams.
  • Adhere to strict regulatory standards to protect client data, ensuring thorough administration and efficient processes.
  • Embrace an agile work environment where no two days are the same, fostering proactivity and autonomy in project management.
  • Participate in a 24/7 global service model, sharing responsibilities for resolving 3rd line incidents and engaging in standby services.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We seek seasoned IT professionals with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, ideally possessing the following qualifications:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, IT Audit, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Extensive IT experience with Microsoft 365 technologies in a multinational enterprise, complemented by relevant Microsoft 365 certifications.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell and experience with automated deployment in Azure DevOps pipelines for scripts and configuration as code.
  • Understanding of outsourcing principles at operational, tactical, and strategic levels, with end-to-end accountability for WPS services across various stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in highly regulated environments, such as financial institutions.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement, actively participating in conferences and meet-ups, and mentoring others.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of building collaborative partnerships with organizational leaders.
  • Ability to visualize, articulate, and resolve complex challenges effectively.
  • A proven team player, recognized as the 'go-to-person' for problem-solving within the team.
  • Excellent communication skills, adept at conveying intricate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
