Currently, we are seeking an experienced Microsoft Intune Engineer to join our team responsible for managing our endpoints within the 'ING Cloud Managed Workplace'.
Your Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance our services as part of a collaborative team focused on customer experience and satisfaction.
- Stay updated with the latest features from SaaS vendors and proactively manage our feature requests.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop future-ready services, emphasizing automation, simplification, and security enhancements.
- Act as a key liaison with major suppliers, particularly Microsoft, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Navigate the regulatory landscape of the banking sector, implementing robust administrative processes and automation to ease operational burdens.
- Embrace an agile work environment, encouraging proactive approaches to project management and task execution.
- Participate in a 24/7 global service model, sharing responsibilities for resolving complex incidents and providing standby support.
Your Profile
We are looking for seasoned IT professionals with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, ideally possessing the following qualifications:
- A degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, IT Audit, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience with Microsoft 365 technologies in a multinational enterprise environment, complemented by relevant certifications.
- Proficiency in PowerShell and experience with automated deployment in Azure DevOps pipelines.
- Understanding of outsourcing principles and end-to-end accountability for services delivered across various stakeholders.
- Experience working in highly regulated environments, such as financial institutions.
- A commitment to continuous improvement, actively participating in industry conferences and mentoring others.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships across all organizational levels.
- Capability to visualize, articulate, and resolve complex technical challenges.
- A reputation as a reliable team member and problem solver.
- Excellent communication skills, adept at conveying intricate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
