Senior Account Executive

At Microsoft, we're on a mission to empower every startup and unicorn to innovate and scale on our platform. As a Digital Native Account Executive, you'll play a critical role in driving digital transformation and cloud adoption for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and customer outcomes
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to promote mutually beneficial digital transformation strategies
- Orchestrate cross-functional teams to deliver customer outcomes and build trust with Microsoft
- Drive new business opportunities and growth through industry-relevant sales and marketing efforts
- Develop value propositions that align with customer business strategies and leverage Microsoft's rich portfolio of solutions and partners
- 5+ years of strategic business development experience in startup/unicorn ecosystems or driving digital transformation/cloud consumption
- Deep industry knowledge and experience working with startups and unicorns, with a strong understanding of funding models, higher education innovation models, and government/economic development programs
- Proven track record of driving growth in market share, achieving sales targets, and building strong customer relationships
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
