About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our Sales Team in the DACH region. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving net new business for Remote, a global HR platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and manage a pipeline of high-quality sales opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and champions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the DACH region
  • Meet and exceed sales quota based on role level
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional customer service and support
Requirements
  • Previous experience as an Account Executive in a New Business Role or related SaaS sales experience
  • Proven success in building key customer relationships and driving revenue outcomes
  • Native or professional fluency in German and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • In-depth knowledge of sales processes and ability to qualify opportunities involving multiple key decision-makers
  • Ability to build trust with clients and work as an advisor
